So, i don't know if any of you guys ever check my xanga anymore. I know, i never post on it. But just incase you're reading this, I'm heading to spain this Friday (the 6th of july). And i get back on the 22nd. Me and a freidn of mine, ila, are leading a team of 15 on a 2 week mission trip there. The yout group is from Montana. I'm with them now, preparing for the trip. They're a great group- driven and dedicated, and very fun. We'll spend our first week in Madrid, and our second in the south (Algeciras), right on the beach, 10 miles from Morocco.
In madrid we'll be doing evangelism along with construction, and in Algeciras we'll be running and leading a VBS for a church there.
Spain is very post Christian. It's a 'been there, done that' sort of attitude. Pray that people's hearts would be softened to the idea of a loving Jesus. Spain is also super academic, and synical towards christianity.

We plan to go there in complete humility, without our own agenda, but with the resources to serve the church there. Our goal is to simply be a blessing.
